2. Booking & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. SMS and Email Communication

By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive communications regarding your account and services, including appointment reminders and confirmations, service updates, feedback requests, and (with your opt-in) promotional messages. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.

4. Service Limitations

We strive to provide professional and thorough cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to furniture or property
• Items left unsecured or of high value
• Loss or theft of personal property not disclosed prior to service

5. Payments & Fees

All services must be paid using approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other forms agreed in writing). Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Antonias Family Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We maintain appropriate business liability insurance.
